Bliss Balls

Breakfast on the run or snack time!I pop these in the freezer for those hormonal craving days after dinner when I feel like a sugary treat..takes the cravings away and tastes amazing.

INGREDIENTS:

(Makes around 30 balls)
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1½ cups Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Dates, chopped
  • ¼ cup Coconut, shredded
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ¼ cup Cacao powder
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil
  • ½ cup Honey or maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Grind almonds, sunflower seeds and coconut in food processor to a coarse consistency.
  2. Add dates and remaining ingredients, except for coconut, and blend mixture.
  3. Shape into small balls ...roll in coconut and refrigerate until required.
